Shipping Policy

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

EXPRESS DELIVERY 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS 

A flat fee of $15 for all orders. 

  • Orders placed before 3pm AEDT weekdays will be dispatched the same day. 

  • Orders placed after 3pm AEDT will be dispatched the following business day. 

  • Express deliveries are sent via Australia Post’s Express Post service.

During Promotion and Sale periods, there may also be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes. You will be advised of any expected delays during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Since we rarely send international parcels, it is highly recommended to contact us first via LTRO.couture@gmail.com or instagram: ltro.studio regarding shipping fee, delivery time, etc of any orders shipped overseas.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS 

 

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

 

Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site.

If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us via +61 452 187 508, INSTAGRAM or LTRO.couture@gmail.com immediately. Dispatch of orders may be delayed when address correction or amendment is requested.

 

Please note there may be instances where we are unable to correct or amend your address.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Full priced items purchased via LTROmel.com can be returned to 563 Chapel St, South Yarra within 3 days of receipt only for an exchange or store credit provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn or damaged;

• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and

• The item is not a gift card or jewellery.

 

Clearance/Sales items are considered final sale items, and are not able to be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

 

Any items received by LTRO store at 563 Chapel St, South Yarra that do not comply with our return conditions will be returned to sender. 

 

If you would like to return in store, you are welcome to exchange your items or receive a store credit within 7 days of receipt provided the items meet the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase is provided;

• The item has not been worn or damaged;

• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and

• The item is not a clearance item, jewellery or gift card.

 

LTROmel.com is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

​

If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, please let us know by contacting LTRO via LTRO.couture@gmail.com or facebook/instagram. Please provide an image of the fault so we can assist you further. We will discuss your options for repair, replacement, exchange or store credit.

HOW LONG DOES MY RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

​

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed from when we receive your parcel. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.

 

Once received and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email, discussing options including products exchange, replacement, exchange or store credit.

NO MONETARY REFUND, ONLY STORE CREDIT

 

We are so sorry to tell you that LTROmel.com and LTRO South Yarra store are currently not accepting any money refund yet. Please think twice before buying online. If you have any questions regarding our products ( e.g.sizes, materials, washing instructions), please feel free to contact us via LTRO.couture@gmail.com, texts to +61 452 187 508 or facebook/instagram. Out staff will reply you as soon as possible.
